With eight years of dedicated service as a Multiple Line Representative at State Farm, Tumpa Akther excels in addressing a wide range of insurance needs. From managing billing inquiries to assisting new customers, Tumpa is committed to providing exceptional support. Fluent in Bengali, she brings a valuable multilingual perspective to her role.

Originally from Bangladesh, Tumpa moved to Indiana in 2005. She has been happily married since 2003 and is the proud mother of two high school boys Wasi and Aqib. In her free time, Tumpa enjoys traveling, shopping, and cherishing moments with her family.

Karen has been with us for almost 6 years and is an account representative specializing in personal lines, life insurance and commercial lines. Licensed both in Indiana and Michigan.

Karen's compassionate nature enables her to truly understand you and find the perfect products that cater to your specific needs.

Karen began her insurance agent carrier in New Hampshire where she filled the role of a Financial Service Representative in a local bank providing the proper life protection for her customers.

In 2017, Karen and her family moved to Indiana to be closer to her grandson, her son, and daughter-in law. She worked briefly for another company before agreeing to join our team.

Josh is a Personal Account Representative who has been devoted to assisting our valued customers in discovering suitable insurance options for their families over the past year. He obtained his degree from Indiana University East in 2021, and his dedication to delivering personalized and considerate service drives his enthusiasm for guiding customers through their insurance needs.

Outside of work, he is happily married to his high school sweetheart Emily and recently welcomed a newborn baby boy, Grayson into his family. Balancing his professional and personal life brings him joy and enhances his understanding and ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
